Bike Riding

Dan and I have been wanting to get bikes so that we can ride with the kids. I found one at goodwill for $25 and it has suited me perfectly. The kids love going bike riding we me! Now all we need is one for Dan!

Pinewood Derby

Caleb was involved in the Pinewood Derby at cub scouts. His car was Perry the Platypus off of Phineas and Ferb. He was so excited to show it off!

When we first got to the location, there weren't many cars to compete with but by the time the race was about to start, the competition really stacked up!





Dan added just the right amount of weights so the car could catch some speed!

Caleb won first place for the funniest car! Totally made up for the 3rd places he kept getting during the race.

Shots For Kindergarten

Ariel had to go to the doctor to get her last round of shots for kindergarten. She was worried so much that she fell asleep on the way there.

Big brother came along to hold her hand. He didn't cry one bit when he got his shots and he was hoping that by going with her, she wouldn't cry either. Well, she cried...a lot...and screamed. Poor thing.

Painting Night with my Youth Girls

I had my 7th grade girls over to paint some canvases for their rooms. We had pizza for dinner and enjoyed spending some time together. They really are a great group of girls!

While Ariel was at her last day of school, Caleb and I went to Denny's and had breakfast and then went to Barnes and Noble to look a birthday ideas for him.
